• Upload files containing malware, trojans, ransomware, or exploits designed to compromise our server infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, file size boundaries, or security mechanisms.
• Use automated scripts to abuse or scrape the service without an authorized Developer API key.
• Process copyrighted or proprietary material without authorization from the copyright owner.

3. Subscriptions, Renewals and Cancellations

Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and maximum conversion precision, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or total error-free processing on highly non-standard or corrupt input files.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
