At GoTool PDF, your privacy is our highest priority. We believe that your documents contain confidential and sensitive information that should remain private to you alone. We do not inspect, extract data from, share, or sell the contents of your files.

2. Document Storage & 2-Hour Auto-Deletion Guarantee

All files uploaded for processing (source documents and resulting outputs) are stored temporarily on isolated processing storage volumes. Our automated background cleanup service runs continuously to permanently and unrecoverably delete all customer files within two (2) hours of completion. Users can also manually delete files instantly at any time from their User Dashboard.

3. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to provide and secure our service:

• Account Information: Email address and encrypted password hash (for registered users).
• Transactional Information: Payment processor IDs and plan subscription records (we never store raw credit card numbers).
• Usage Metrics: Job counts, processing duration, and byte volumes for quota enforcement and abuse prevention.
• Security Logs: IP addresses and user agents strictly for DDoS mitigation and rate-limiting.

4. GDPR and International Compliance

We respect all data privacy regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to request access to your personal account data or trigger complete account and data deletion at any time via your user dashboard.
