Refund Policy

1. No Refund for Digital Products

Generally, we do not offer refunds for digital products once the purchase is made. This is because digital goods can be duplicated easily and used even after a refund. We request all users to think carefully and understand their requirements before making a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

However, we are committed to fair service. A refund will be provided ONLY under the following circumstances:

• If there is a technical issue from our side and we fail to resolve it.
• If the download link provided is broken or not working, and we cannot provide a working link.
• If the server is down for an extended period, preventing access to your purchase.
• If the payment was successful but you did not receive the product or access.
• If a payment is stuck in "Pending" state and the service cannot be delivered.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be given if:

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You bought the wrong file or tool.
• You do not have the technical knowledge to use the file/tool.
